I received the information from Youth For Christ this week on their upcoming Disciple Now weekend. The dates for the event are April 17-18 (Friday & Saturday). The guest speaker will be Dr. David Allen Black, who is a distinguished member of Southeastern Baptist Seminary's faculty. The music will be led by the East Rock praise band.

All-in-all, it will be a great weekend for our students to grow deeper in their faith, especially for the cost! The whole weekend will only cost $14!!


The sign up deadline is quickly approaching, as YFC needs to begin to finalize their plans with final numbers. Students will need to sign up by Wednesday, March 11th. The cost of the event will be due at that time. Students may sign up after, but for a cost of $16.50. I would like to have everyone signed up by March 11th, though, so that I can begin to finalize our housing situation.
